• Upload email addresses obtained illegally or without consent

5. Email Verification Disclaimer

• SecureLeadz provides best-effort email verification results
• Verification results are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate
• We do not guarantee email deliverability or inbox placement
• Results should be used as a supporting tool, not a final authority

6. Data Ownership

• You retain full ownership of all email data you upload
• We do not claim ownership over your data
• Uploaded data is processed only to provide the Service
• Data may be temporarily stored and deleted after processing

7. Subscription, Credits & Payments

• Some features may require a paid subscription or credits
• Prices, plans, and features may change at any time
• Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
• Abuse, chargebacks, or misuse may result in account suspension

8. Service Availability

• We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
• Maintenance, updates, or outages may occur without prior notice
• We are not liable for downtime or service interruptions

9. Intellectual Property

• All website content, branding, logos, and software are owned by SecureLeadz
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell any part of the Service without written permission

10. Account Suspension & Termination

• Illegal or abusive use
• Security or compliance concerns
• Terminate inactive or free accounts

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• SecureLeadz is provided “as is” and “as available”
• We are not liable for:
• Direct or indirect losses
• Business interruption
• Loss of data or profits
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 3 months

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SecureLeadz harmless from any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of the Service
• Violation of laws or third-party rights
• Uploaded data or email lists

13. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., Google Login). We are not responsible for third-party services or their practices.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
